Zeek Review and get £5 free

FEBRUARY 2019 – Zeek face troubles. Read more.

For those that want to save money Zeek is a wonderful tool that you should really consider using and you can even use it to make a little extra money. This is my review of Zeek as well as an awesome discount for you if you would like to try them out.

What is Zeek

Zeek is website and app (I prefer the app myself) where you can buy vouchers and gift cards, for many major shops and restaurants, for a discounted price. The money saved can vary (3-20% depending on what is available) and although it can be a small amount of money saved, in this day and age the saving of a few pounds can be very important, after all for myself there are many computer games that I wanna buy this year!

Once you have bought your voucher or gift card they will begin the process of sending it to you. Digital copies will be received almost immediately to your desired email and physical copies will arrive in the post within a few days via recorded delivery, but you will receive an email the day it is dispatched with it's tracking number.

Zeek goes to great lengths to make sure that the vouchers and gift cards are still valid and legit, using several verification methods and go to similar lengths in which to keep your details secure.

Selling unwanted vouchers

Another great feature of Zeek is that you can sell them your unwanted vouchers and gift cards to them and it cannot be simpler. Using the Zeek app merely head to sell and follow the quick and easy instructions, which include taking a photograph of the voucher or gift card. You pick the amount of the discount – remember that the better the discount the faster it will sell.

There is a cost to selling to Zeek which is a £3 processing charge but Zeek will always show you exactly how much you will earn after selling the voucher or gift card to them. The money will be paid directly into your PayPal or Bank account.

Zeek experiences

Zeek kindly offered me a credit to try out their site, and I have to say that I was really impressed! I chose a Sainsbury's voucher to help out with my January challenges, and it felt great to use it to buy some reduced food from the yellow sticker shelf – meaning I saved money twice!  My wife has bought Nando's gift cards via Zeek which makes eating out at one of our favourite restaurants more affordable (if you are curious I like my Nando's hot). It feels incredible to know that you have saved a little bit of money when eating at one of your favourite places.

On a sadder note my wife and I can get very excited on the days that we know the Zeek delivery will arrive and we will wait eagerly for the knock at the door. The cats also eagerly wait for it as well so they can dash out the door and explore outside….

Get £5 free!

If you are interested in giving Zeek a go then you can get £5 credit for free added to your account. All you need to do is sign up and enter the the code 25REDR, which you can enter via Promo Code in the More section.

The £5 will then be in your account and ready to use, though it is worth noting that if you buy a voucher worth only the £5 then there will be a £1 admin fee, so it is best to go for a more expensive voucher. Think of it as you will be saving however much the discount is plus £5.

Thank you to Zeek for providing some credit so that I could test them out!
